Returns
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Start a return from your order details page or email support@vantroam.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order, so the size or colour you want isn’t held while the first parcel travels back.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email support@vantroam.com within 14 days with a photo and your order number and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
